Josh, the owner and operator of Sure Shot Inspections, has spent his entire adult life serving others. Immediately after high school, he served active duty in the United States Marine Corps. After years of service to his country, he honorably exited the military as a Sergeant of Marines.
Since joining the private sector in 2005, Josh has continued his lifelong dedication to service as both a Firefighter and an Emergency Medical Technician — roles that embody integrity, discipline, and trust. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Human Resources.
For Josh, service isn’t a job — it’s a lifestyle. That same commitment to accuracy, honesty, and helping others is what drives Sure Shot Inspections. His vision is simple: Uphold a solid foundation in the home inspection industry by leading with integrity and setting high standards for quality and professionalism.

Since joining the private sector in 2005, Josh has been, and currently still is a Firefighter and an Emergency Medical Technician serving the community. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management as well as human resources.
